This fabulous 5 bedroom Villa is situated only a few minutes drive from Calpe town centre and both of Calpe´s blue flag beaches.
Largarto is a large modern property with almost 400 m2 of accommodation set in 2.200 m2 plot. Totally secure and not overlooked by neighbours. The villa enjoys complete privacy in a tranquil setting with sea and mountain views.
The main features include infinity pool, pool side jacuzzi for 5, exterior barbecue and bar area with bottle cooler.
Outside you will find a covered lounge with flat screen TV, and dining area. Table tennis and large lawned garden. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Very private. Large garden with lawn and trees and parking for four cars or more. This is a no smoking Villa and we request that guests refrain from smoking inside. Free Internet access available via Wifi. Free air conditioning in all bedrooms. Calpe is truly exception holiday destination ideal for families and couples and offering something for everyone. It boasts two large sandy, blue flag beaches with attractive promenade lined with bars, restaurants and shops.

We had a wonderful stay here in June. The villa is well designed with plenty of space for a large extended family (we were seven adults and two children), rooms, bathrooms and beds all lovely. The outside is where El Logarto comes into its own, fabulous, beautifully clean pool (never had to scoop one leaf or insect out of it) amazing patio area, bar and barbecue and lovely outside seating and dining area under shade for lunch and dinner. And great, expansive views of hills and distant glimpse of the sea at Calpe.
Just a few things to be aware of: the villa is about 5-10mins drive from restaurants/ beach and shops, so you can’t walk to anywhere – car is essential. The driveway down the the villa is sooo steep, if your hire car company gives you a car with a 1litre engine say you want a bigger engine, our Kias had a hard time getting back up the hill to get out! But once you get over that this villa is unbeatable! Thanks for all your help Tracey in making our stay so great.
Top tip – Calpe’s beaches are nice but we preferred little Cala Fustera which is just as close and has a fab beach bar.
